I have been to other Longhorns but this one is my favorite!! Excellent service, and food. We went here during lunch and I ordered the Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich while my daughter got the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Our meals were delicious!! My daughter wanted the Chocolate Stampede. That was just too much for me but she enjoyed it! Can't wait for our next wonderful lunch or dinner together. Such fun when the service, food and conversation are wonderful.

Maybe it was an 'off' day... My wife and I arrived Saturday night for a post anniversary dinner, the wait was a decent 10 minutes. I'm not going to mention our servers name, however I will say He was not the issue. I will say from observation that most of the staff seemed very unhappy and very rushed, as did our meal. I'm happy to give 3 stars as the drinks were great, oh and bread delish, however we could barely finish our salads before our meals were rushed to our table, before i could even ask for sauce or more bread the server was gone! The steaks (ribeye) were mediocre at best... Lukewarm, semi tender, practically just thrown on the plates with no presentation at all...I mean C'mon this is Longhorn not Denny's!! To finish up, Longhorn is great, I love the Argyle and Arlington locations. As for OrangePark/Fleming Island, let's tighten up!!

I like a Pittsburg style steak. Charred hot on the outside, medium rare inside. Not too many can do it right. They can. Ambiance is nice but there are tight accomodations lots of noise from those around you. Good and service great though.

In the land of chain restaurants (also known as Fleming Island), Longhorn is one of the most consistently good options. As a result, it can get very busy on the weekends. The parking lot could absolutely stand to be larger but the surrounding parking lots always have plenty of room. Even when my family decided (last minute) to eat at this location on Christmas Eve, there was a nominal wait time. I've never had a bad experience with the staff or the food. There are absolutely better options nearby but if you are looking for a predictable menu and consistent service, this is a pretty good choice.

Steak is what they sell and it's never any good. Lol it's always average and there's always a wait. I only like the bread and butter honestly. Idk why people keep coming here but it's a nice atmosphere

The wait was extremely long. This is a typical Longhorn. Steak and Ribs were great. The firecracker Chicken wraps are the best.

Worst meal I have ever had at a Long Horn Restaurant and the service was not much better. Fleming Island Restaurants have really gone down hill in the last 5 years. Take the time to go elsewhere, anywhere. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

Come on what's not to like. Pricey but yummy delectable juicy steaks and shrimps. Our server was super friendly and refilled my drink everytime it was empty. It stayed empty not even thirty seconds. Awesome (; I love the menu. It's just a Texas style place so expect a few Different things but mostly steak shrimp chicken etc. lots to choose though. They have an awesome bar and from what I hear the drinks are amazing. Come here (:

So. Stopped by after services on Sunday at lunchtime. Expected it to be crazy busy, which it was definitely busy, but our party of two was seated immediately. Brittany was our server and was most gracious. Ordered a peach tea and a strawberry lemonade along with a Texas "tonion" to start. Drinks came within minutes, along with the bread. Bread was very warm and the butter was chilled, so it made for a nice appetizer whetter. Drinks were great. We ordered then, a cheddar bacon "stuffed" filet, along with a rack of ribs with pilaf and fries as sides. House salad with Italian and a Caesar for me. The appetizer came soon after, and was also very tasty. Brittany stopped by and inquired as to how the app was, and also if we were ready for the salads and, us being a bit pressed for time, we were. They were presented shortly and were very nice. We had time to finish our salads and nosh a bit more on the bread before the food arrived. By the time the steak and ribs came, we only had about 10 minutes left before we had to run, so the food server (not Brittany, but I did not catch her name) was kind enough to bring boxes. My wife finished her filet in short order, and I got half a rack down before we had to run. Brittany came by, bagged our food for us, brought some to go cups of our beverages, and presented the bill. We paid up and were out in plenty of time. All in all, excellent experience and we WILL be back for more (hopefully when not on such a pressing itenerary). In and out in roughly an hour, so not bad at all.

Haven't. Be in longhorn for a long time so we stopped by for lunch / dinner Ordered Wild West shrimp and New York strips Shrimp came out after a long while great always good , followed About 30 seconds later with our steaks (Hate that , come in eat and get out as quick as you can ) and they mixed up them up , we swapped them so as not to make a fuss . the steaks had good flavor and cooked the way we wanted . It takes away a lot of the enjoyment of eating out when's it all gets messed up It will be a long time before we come back

For lunch we had appetizers and burgers. Had trouble getting crispy fries. Because of the wait for re-cooked fries, they comped our entire lunch and gave us burgers and fries to go! Well above and beyond making it right over the fries. Extremely Satisfied with food and customer service!!

On Fleming Island I know if I want a great meal quick Longhorn is the place to go. M steak is always cooked correctly, love the sides. Lunch is really the best value.

The carry out service is horrible (at least the 4 times I have ordered) - steaks are always over cooked/burnt and the rest of the food is cold. Also if they say 45 minutes for your order to be ready... That really means 1 1/2 hours.

I came in around 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon. No wait. My kids ate all of their food. Big compliment from them. One had cheeseburger, a decent size, too. Not like the little baby burgers with only the meat and the bun. Another kids had the grilled cheese and it wasn't like a melted slice of cheese between two pieces of bread. It was CHEESE. I ordered the parmesan stuffed steak filet. I usually like my steak medium rare, but waitress warned me that the cheese may not be melted at that temperature. I think that was really cool of her to warn me about this. I wouldn't have enjoyed it if I hadn't changed to medium. The cheese was crispy but not burnt. Loved the combined texture with the steak. On other notes, the salad didn't have any brown in it whatsoever. My friend and I both had the house salad. Me with thousand island and my friend with vinaigrette. She really loved their vinaigrette. I liked the freshness of the salad and the fact that they didn't drown it in cheese like many places do. I would definitely return.

The family and I stopped at Longhorn for lunch, and it was great! We were seated quickly, and the waiter was there promptly taking our drink order. After perusing the menu I decided on the salmon. I really didn't want the bourbon glaze and the waiter said that was NO PROBLEM, and brought the salmon to me plain. Longhorn allows substitutions, and I was able to get a sweet potato and veggies instead of rice and salad. My entree was hot, fresh, and delicious. For the four of us the bill came to 65.00 (not including tip) so it is slightly pricey for lunch, but other than that I cant complain. If you've not tried Longhorn yet, please do!

Being a self proclaimed foodie and food blogger...sometimes I step "into the box" and check out local chains, tonight is one of those nights. I am pleased to say that we were not disappointed. Looking for something close and convenient tonight we found ourselves at Longhorn. They advertise a $12.99 steak special and although the portion was not special, the service and quality was. There is something to say for quality and service and Longhorn delivers. Although the restaurant was packed, our server Tiffany was attentive. Her attention to detail was impeccable. We never had to ask for anything, it just appeared. An added bonus was the manager Richie who stopped at our table not once but twice. First to ask how our service was and again to ask how our experience was. This service is what will bring us back to try the menu again. Let me not forget to say that the quality of each and every item, from the bread to the wine to the entrée and sides were of exceptional quality. We decided to take our desserts home and I am pleased to report that although it was "to go" it was full portions with all of the fixins...as I sit here typing with a mouth full of raspberry sauce I am thinking of what I want to try off the menu next. The hubby insists that I mention that the sweet tea is the best he's ever had considering he has had sweet tea from the west coast to the east coast and all states in between!

First off, it smells like a nursing home here -- at least one other yelper has commented about the odor. Our waiter never refilled our drinks (this was a party of 2). We were there early - around 4:30 pm, so the place was almost empty. My friend and I sat in a corner booth (where one of the benches runs the length of the wall) - and when we were about halfway through with our meal, a larger group was seated at the table right next to ours. Given the configuration of the tables, it was like having people at our table with us. Couldn't they have put them somewhere else? Even leaving one empty table between us and the other party would have been better. There were plenty of empty tables everywhere! Food is fine - the usual pricey chain-steakhouse fare.

We dined the night before Father's Day. Took the family. It was a great meal all the way through! The outside wait was long, but have a cocktail while you wait! The crispy asparagus appetizer was outstanding! Filet and lobster tail

Saturday night at 7:00 pm out of prime rib! Should not happen. No bread to table until after our salad was finished, only because I asked for it. Cold mashed potatoes, had to flag down the manager to get hot serving. Overall not a goog experience.
